Why did you choose to become a start-up mentor for a AAU start-up?

It is quite rewarding to be part of the innovations, wealth of ideas and entrepreneurial energies found in start-ups.

Getting involved in interesting debates and ideas for the future.

 

What are some of the greatest challenges of being a start-up mentor?

Getting the start-ups to realise the importance of paying attention to the business side, and not only the idea or concept.

 

Would you recommend the role as start-up mentor to others, and why?

Sure, but only for those who have this attitude: it should be fun to be part of an entrepreneurial environment.

 

What advice would you give to a new start-up mentor?”

One must remain open, listen and enjoy hearing about many new ideas.

Listen to your mentors…they are there to help make a business out of your idea!
