What has been the best thing about being part of Scandinavian Growth Creators?

"SGC was a valuable opportunity to work closely with founders of the startups. I have learnt a lot from Frederik and Mathias, including their vision, mission, even the problems they are facing. Additionally, there were practical training sessions in between which equipped me and my teammates with necessary know-how to tackle the challenges together with the startups."

What have you learned from Scandinavian Growth Creators that you can use in your future career?

"I have learnt how to apply Design Thinking to business development. Working with two other members and founders of MotionCatch to develop a strategy also helped improve my critical thinking and teamwork skills, as well as how to solve problems with limited time and resources."

Has Scandinavian Growth Creators made you more interested in entrepreneurship?

"Absolutely yes. I was inspired a lot about entrepreneurship as well as SDGs through joining Scandinavian Growth Creators, especially in this fast-changing world when innovation and creativity become more and more important. Additionally, I am more aware of various challenges that entrepreneurs may face as well as other valuable lessons."

What has been the best thing about being part of Scandinavian Growth Creators?

"The best part was the fact that I was able to be a part of a start-up and work with them. Being from an engineering background, I had no clue about the business. Hence, Scandinavian Growth Creators was a golden opportunity for me to develop new skills and think in terms of business."

What have you learned from Scandinavian Growth Creators that you can use in your future career?

"The first thing is the teamwork. We were people from entirely different backgrounds, so Scandinavian Growth Creators was a great platform for all of us to learn about collaborating and working together as a team. Also, the a great number of tools were given which will help me in future when I designing  a product."

Has Scandinavian Growth Creators made you more interested in entrepreneurship?

"Yes. Definitely. I was otherwise also interested in entrepreneurship and have plans of starting a start-up in future. Working as a part of Cryer startup was a good experience for me to get a feeling of how exactly a startup works. Furthermore, the information provided during the workshops made me confident about having a startup of my own."
